“Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much.” ~ Helen Keller

Where would we be without partners??? CRI’s success for the past 50+ years has really been based upon working with high quality individuals and organizations who share our commitment to service and to meeting the needs of children in our community.

Denver Rotary Club and its Foundation are prime examples of such extraordinary partners. They are committed to service, to making a difference in this world and to building powerful relationships. Over the years, Rotary has supported CRI’s efforts in so many ways. Extraordinary mentors such as Doug McElmore, Todd Bacon, Charlie Miller and many more have shared their expertise and passion with Academic Mentorship students. This year John Wetherington, of Rotary Club of Denver Southeast is sharing his time with an 8th grade student exploring the world of volunteerism and Medicines sans Frontiers.

We have been blessed to have Rotarian Wynn Gandera serve on our Board of Directors for many years. She, along with many other Rotarians, have acted as judges in many of our DPS science fairs. Volunteers such as Mark Donovan, Jill Santuccio, Chris Marseilles and other have helped out at our Family Involvement Nights held at high-need, low-income income schools throughout Denver.

Additionally, the Foundation has provided vital financial support for the Academic Mentors Project. Their grant has enabled additional students to experience life-changing mentorship.

Community Resources and the students we serve are truly blessed to have such a wonderful partner as Denver Rotary Club. Thank you for your ongoing commitment!
