Scott Hally

Scott Hally

President

Scott is an International Market Development Manager for navigated neurosurgery products at Medtronic. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Spanish from the University of Pittsburgh and his Master’s degree in International Development with a certificate in Global Health Affairs from the University of Denver. He has previous professional experience in aerospace and medical device engineering. He first volunteered with CRI as an Academic Mentor to a student interested in an engineering career, then joined the CRI Board of Directors in 2022 and has previously served as Treasurer and Vice President. In his free time, he enjoys playing piano, volleyball, and volunteering.

Andrew Baker

Andrew Baker

Vice President & Digital Innovation

With ten years of experience in social impact technology, Andrew’s roots are at the intersection of human-centered design and behavioral health. Andrew currently serves as VP, Digital Products at The Jed Foundation (JED) where he guides technology that is used by millions of young people, caregivers, educators and administrators each year to help prevent suicide and strengthen emotional health. Whether serving youth and families directly through JED's Mental Health Resource Center or supporting systems change through JED's nationally recognized Academic Programs, Andrew guides the strategy and implementation of JED’s digital products in support of their mission to drive measurable change in the emotional health of young people.

Andrew previously worked for Grit Digital Health where he partnered with hundreds of Higher Ed, K-12, and state/local organizations to support the mental health and well-being of their communities. Andrew is deeply passionate about suicide prevention and youth mental health, and is grateful to focus his career in these spaces. Andrew is also an adjunct instructor at The University of Colorado where he teaches in a graduate-level design program and serves on the Board of Directors at Community Resources Inc, a Denver based nonprofit serving K-12 school districts in his home city.

Jeremiah Clark

Jeremiah is a Senior Manager of Enterprise Transformation for Capgemini specializing in IT Business Transformation, organizational change management, and corporate education programs.

Jeremiah has been an active volunteer with CRI since 2011 as an academic mentor, science science fair judge, and assisting with other CRI events. He joined the CRI Board of Directors in 2013.

Clorissa Ritchie

Clorissa Ritchie

Treasurer

Clorissa is leader at Westerra Credit Union, with over 8 years experience in the banking industry. With a focus on the credit union philosophy of "People Helping People," Clorissa is passionate about serving the community and bringing down barriers. Collaborating with Mile High United Way, Denver Parks and Recreation, The DPS Foundation, and local food banks to strengthen community ties.

Her commitment to community engagement and advocacy led her to her partnership with CRI. She spearheaded Westerra's financial literacy program creating the "Money Matters for Kids" presentation delivering essential financial literacy classes and impacting over 300 students in a short time. Recognizing a language barrier and wanting this content accessible to all, she then developed Spanish-language sessions.

Wynn Gandera

Wynn Gandera

Wynn Gandera is a proud fifth generation Colorado native. She grew up in Boulder and graduated from Colorado College in 1974 with a dual major in Political Science and Geology. Her first job was in Washington, D.C. working for the State Department on the Arab/Israeli Desk. She returned to Colorado to join in the oil boom of the 1970s. After 10 exciting years as a geologist in the petroleum industry, Wynn returned to the classroom to get her Masters in Secondary Education from the University of Colorado at Denver in 1987. Her years teaching various sciences to middle school and high school students in the Cherry Creek School District were extremely rewarding. In addition, she developed and taught three on-line programs for the Cherry Creek School District.

Working with the students in Denver Public Schools and Community Resources, Inc. for the past 16 years has been a highlight of Wynn’s next chapter. She fell in love with CRI when first introduced to a Family Night Program. Assisting with these evening programs as well as Academic Mentors and Science Fairs have been particularly rewarding. They are wonderful forums for students to learn and grow as well as for families to participate in their child’s education. 

Wynn has served as president of the CRI Board and acts as a liaison to the Denver Rotary Club. 

Pablo Monroy

Pablo Monroy

Pablo Monroy first volunteered for CRI's Academic Mentors program in 2020 sharing his expertise as an Architect. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, he received his Architecture degree as well as a Fine Arts degree from the Rhode Island School of Design. After over 10 years in the construction industry, involved in building schools, healthcare and other public facilities, he currently specializes in designing educational and government projects throughout the country.

Meredith Tennis

Meredith is a lung cancer scientist and educator at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. As a scientist, she explores new ideas about how lung cancer develops and tests medicines for lung cancer prevention. As an educator, she teaches graduate and medical students and develops educational outreach programs in biomedical science for middle and high school students and secondary school science teachers. Meredith first encountered CRI when her son was part of the mentoring program, then she later mentored a student through the program, and finally joined the CRI Board of Directors in 2025.
