Soaring with CRI!

Spirits were flying high at CRI’s Soaring with CRI 50th Anniversary Celebration and fundraiser held on April 13, 2023. The Forney Museum was the site of the festivities. The evening, hosted by CRI’s Board of Directors,  welcomed back past Board Chairs Chris Evans and Karen Carter. Guests had the chance to bid on a wide variety of wonderful auction items, enjoy food from a variety of cultures, dance with Deepali, learn more about CRI and even have a photo op in an authentic Model T.

Attendees included longtime supporters of CRI and new friends who were just learning about the great work CRI does for children and families in our community. Although the event didn’t reach our fundraising goal of $20,000, we did raise just over $14,000 that will enable programs to happen during the next school year.
